Mike Phipps

The WSA has formed an integral part of Mike’s work for the last 15 years. It forms the basis of his leadership and team development work where it is the instrument of choice for many of his clients. He has personally trained and overseen the successful qualification of over 100 WSA Analysts in the UK and abroad.

More recently Mike has been using the WSA as the core instrument for the analysis of influencing skills and styles. This innovative approach produces highly detailed reports and experiential learning experiences which enable people to become more influential in their work.
