Suzi Howard
A fully qualified psychometrician, Suzi has extensive experience of using Work Style Analyser and personality profiling tools with individuals and teams at all levels, from managing directors to graduate trainees, in the context of recruitment, assessment, leadership development and career transition work.
Suzi’s particular area of expertise is in supporting organisations with senior recruitment decisions through the use of psychometric profiling and assessment. Suzi is also an experienced mentor and coach at executive and senior management levels and has completed the London Leadership Centre’s mentor training programme.
