Diane has over 20 years of blue-chip organisation experience within industry, the first part of which was in the operational area of finance before changing career direction to focus on people development. Diane is a professionally qualified coach trained to post graduate level in Business & Executive Coaching and Coaching Psychology with Peter Bluckert Coaching (validated by Leeds University), and is also a practitioner in a range of psychometric tools.
