Qualified to Full Level B in psychometric testing, Claire has extensive experience in using personality-profiling tools with individuals and teams, up to and including board level, in order to enhance self-awareness and working relationships, so improving the productivity and contribution of individuals and teams within the workplace.She has wide experience of providing career counselling and executive coaching to middle and senior managers and outplacement support at all levels and across all business sectors.

Claire is a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association of Business Psychologists and the Association of Career Professionals.
Claire is certified as a Career Management Fellow with the International Board for Career Management Certification and represents the UK on the governing board of ICCI.
