WSA Accreditation Programmes

The WSA is unique in offering line managers and HR professionals who do not hold a British Psychological Society Qualification or have previous experience of using psychometrics an opportunity to develop their own skills in analysing psychometric data through tailored accreditation programmes. Programmes are designed to provide delegates with an understanding of:

  1. The background and history to psychometrics
  2. The structure, objectives and scope of the WSA
  3. How the WSA can be applied in the workplace
  4. How the WSA can be used in conflict management, coaching, team and personal development, career management and recruitment
  5. The skills required for effective WSA facilitation, interpretation and feedback
  6. How to implement and sustain a WSA programme in the workplace.

Who are programmes aimed at?

In addition to those described above, WSA accreditation programmes are also suitable for experienced users of psychometric tools and can be customised to suit particular applications, or to accommodate blended solutions.

What is the format?

Programmes range from bespoke in-house options, individual or small group coaching sessions, to mixed group open workshops.

How long do they last?

Programmes can be adapted to suit business needs, but generally require a 2-3 day workshop (dependent on previous experience), with a follow up day and accreditation session, or individually adapted coaching modules.

How does accreditation work?

To maintain the integrity of the WSA approach, analysts are asked to complete a 12 week workplace project and undertake a final accreditation test. Full support will be given during this period and after accreditation both trainee and fully- fledged analysts have access to our network of experienced consultants and client managers.
