Team Development

The WSA offers a great deal of information to support teams in developing positive relationships and maximising their contribution.  By providing two key sources of team-related information the WSA can:

  •   Collate information on individual team roles to create a whole team profile
  •   Map individual styles onto a desired team profile
  •   Explore team  strengths and vulnerabilities in the context of business or strategic goals
  •   Identify gaps to support recruitment or succession planning decisions
  •   Provide the basis for team goal setting and action planning discussions
  •   Provide an objective language for addressing team conflict issues
