Welcome to the WSA Questionnaire

The Work Style Analyser questionnaire has been designed to indicate your preferred style of working as YOU see it.  It does not indicate your capability levels.  From your answers, the WSA will highlight areas of likely strength and also suggest areas where you may benefit from further development. 

The output of your responses to the questionnaire will be used either to inform the recruitment process or as part of a training and development process that you are participating in. It is therefore important that you answer as honestly as possible so that your genuine strengths and/or development areas can be explored afterwards. 

 

We strongly recommend that you complete the whole questionnaire in a location without any distracting noise and where you will not be interrupted. You should allow at least 30 minutes to complete the WSA questionnaire. If, for any reason, you pause for more than 10 minutes whilst completing the WSA questionnaire, you will be timed out. If this occurs, you will then be required to log into your session again and pick up where you left off.

Throughout the WSA questionnaire, you will be asked to compare a pair of working styles and select the one that most accurately reflects your own working preferences. 

To move onto the next question, simply select the NEXT button. If you accidentally press the NEXT button before you have answered a specific question, that question will re-appear, so that you can make your choice. 

After answering the final question, simply select the FINISH button. 

Unless agreed otherwise, your WSA results will not be seen by anyone other than the person who has asked you to complete the questionnaire. Your individual profile will not be shown to any other person or organisation without your specific agreement.
